If you have a question for the assistant or you want to make an appointment with one of the GPs, you can call us on workdays: 070-3824777. Press 8 for English, then press option 5 for an employee.
Early call = doctor on the phone
At the beginning of the morning, the GPs answer the phone. You can then discuss your medical question with them directly. Since there are only a limited number of places available, we advise you to call early in the morning (preferably before 9.00 am).
We use a digital queue. If you make use of this, you will be called back by us around the indicated time.
Prefer to call a little later
If you want to call later in the day, you will get one of our assistants on the phone. They can give you advice or make an appointment with one of the doctors, nurses or nurse practitioners.
Prepare for the interview
When making the appointment, we always ask you a number of questions:
- Personal details: Name, date of birth, and if necessary you address and phone number.
- Medical question: The assistant will ask you for which medical problem you want to see a doctor. By doing this she can evaluate how urgent the problem is and how long the appointment will take. She can also give you tips and advices.
- Preference for doctor and/or location: The assistant will ask if you have any preferences for a specific doctor or location and will take this into consideration when making the appointment.
Opening hours
The practice can be reached by phone from 8.00 – 17.00
Between 10.30 and 11.00 and between 13.00 and 14.00 we have a break. At these times we are available for emergencies. After 16.00 we are only available for emergencies.
Note: For an appointment with the doctor, 10 minutes is scheduled.
If you want to discuss several complaints, or for some other reason
need more time, you can indicate this when making the appointment.
